Shipping & Return Policies

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma City, Ok.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Our books, journals, planners, office stationary and clothing ships directly from our partners from America and China. Please allow an additional 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Some planners, journals and office decor and office supplies ship directly from our partners in China. Please allow an additional 5 to 45 days for your order to be processed and shipped.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $60 shipping to the continental U.S. based on price and/or quantity. Shipping rates for orders under $60, orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Please note FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL expedited orders are sent same day as long as the order is placed by 2PM CST, Monday through Friday.

If the order is placed after 12PM CST with expedited shipping, it will ship within 2-3 business days.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

At this time, we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can further assist you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We offer FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL international shipping across the globe for most products – simply enter your destination country during check out. Cooper’s Credit Consulting International LLC. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes! Our team ships orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?

Yes, unless you order planners, journals or office stationery. These items may be shipped separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Orders containing framed art prints will be held until the framed art prints are ready to ship.

Orders containing personalized stationery will ship upon completion of the personalized order.

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, office stationery, cards, notebooks, books, planners, calendars rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. All clearance items are all final sale.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 3-4 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between banks and / or payment providers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Make sure that your order qualifies

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Also items must be in pristine condition with original tags and box. Any items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. Return your order and packing slip

With the exception of final sales or clearance items please send your order and its original packing slip to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e., the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to twenty-one business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact [email protected].

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact [email protected].

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only within 5 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We are not able to honor gift with purchase promotions on orders that have already been placed. Requests for price adjustments can be sent to [email protected].
